Returning back to Work…

26% of full-time workers were still working exclusively from home as of December 2021. Nearly two years into the pandemic and some of those workers are finally heading back in, at least a couple days a week. Have you chosen to return back to work? Fully returned back? or Hybrid working? Perhaps fully remote?

What are companies doing and do you agree?

Many people will be excited to go back to others, whereas many have gotten used to staying at home and will find it very hard to actually go back to a normal environment within offices and having to use regular transport too. Work flows have changed. Expectations have changed. Productivity expectations may need to be reset as workers relearn how to do basic things, including interacting with one another.

Many of us had to overcome technological difficulties when we first transitioned to fully remote work back in March 2020, but the transition to hybrid working can be rocky, too. Hybrid working arrangements can be daunting for those about to adopt them and challenging for those who already have. But the good news is that we’re learning quickly where the biggest obstacles lie and how to minimize them in advance and manage them as they come up.

We're returning. We're changing. We're shifting. Perhaps we may return back to a better office than we had before. Let us know what your company is planning to do!
