How to use your lunch breaks efficiently…

Depending on your role and how many hours you do. Your lunch breaks can be completely varied. But why not help your well-being instead of catching up on errands or social media? Do something, good for your health and brain. We have some suggestions below for you on different things you may want to try out:

  1. Whether it be a podcast or audio book. Why not close off your notifications or WiFi and get stuck into a podcast of whatever theme, or catch up or some reading/audio-book, generally this can have a really calming affect.

  2. Perhaps, you may want to turn off your phone completely and go for a walk or run with some music?

  3. A bit of brain power? why not do a puzzle either on your phone or a crossword, the old school way in a newspaper!

  4. Maybe you are into mediation? or praying? and can find a small space in your workspace to completely zone out? After all it does help reduce stress and improve concentration.

  5. Lunch date. Maybe you are fortunate to meet a friend for lunch nearby?

Whatever it be, make sure that the main focus is switching off from work and having a complete break from what you are doing for work and to really switch off and then be able to return back refreshed!

What do you do in your lunch-breaks?
