Hello December…

It’s getting to that point where it is a lot of sparkles and and Christmas parties/events. It can become too much and those last few weeks before the new year, we can absolutely loose that motivation to push us through to the new year. The end of the year is swiftly approaching and everyone is starting to look forward to some time off with their loved ones, or to a string of epic parties, or both.

Need some motivation and a refresh? How do you keep your employees motivated on that last leg of the year and keep all that momentum going right through to the finish line?

  • Perhaps reward a little differently for hitting target. For example extra days off?

  • A bit of competing? Prizes for the best performers. Whether that be for daily targets, weekly?

  • Take your employees out.. It doesn’t have to be a fancy Christmas party! even a simple meal or drink should be enough!

  • Have more of an option to work remotely. Especially over this period it will be a lot more appreciated.

Getting creative can be such a great turnout! You will be amazed at how well you can motivate your staff! If you can turn a disaster of a month into a triumph, then you can spend your Christmas holiday reflecting on a job well done.  Then, you can start planning for next year!

What are your thoughts? any tips, as always do let us know!
